This classic “casket” style tabletop radio features its original dark metal front faceplate control panel and solid wood housing cabinet. Condition & Testing Details. Chassis & Controls: The front panel is in good cosmetic condition with all original dials, tuning knobs, and the front headphone jack (“Phones”) fully intact. The tuning dials turn smoothly. This radio comes complete with all three (3) original-style 01A / 201A vacuum tubes securely seated in their sockets. Filament Tested: To ensure the highest quality for the next owner, the tubes have been removed and individually tested with a digital multimeter. All three tubes show excellent filament continuity (low resistance), meaning the internal filaments are completely intact and not burned out. Operational Status: The internal circuitry remains in original, unmolested condition.
