The glass has been broken and removed. The red part of the dial (“clock hands”)on the face has separated from the front most part. So When you turn the channel knob; the tip rotates, but it doesn’t move the two red hands. (I hope that makes sense). It’s like when the hands on a clock come loose. The mechanism is all still working and turning but the minute and hour hands arent moving. There is no back plate. When I saw there was no backplate, I didn’t plug it in because my shed isn’t grounded and it’s a pain in the ass if I blow a fuse. So I packed it up without testing.
