For you today is my beautiful Philco model 39-7. Built in 1939 and was one of their very popular models sporting the 6 push buttons, horizontally placed dial face and bezel, and multi grained cabinets. The dial face on this radio and the glass cover are in excellent condition and the pointer moves freely around the dial with movement of the knob. The call sign bracket, knobs, push buttons, and the dial bezel have been polished and resealed. There is a new grill cloth, new dial lamp, and new AC power cord. The filter and audio capacitors have been replaced with new ones and the tubes, resistors, and remaining components tested and replaced if needed. The new owner will need to attach a few feet of wire to the antenna pigtail in the rear of the radio for it to receive and function as it should.
