Vintage Detrola Tube Radio. Smaller Radio – Measures 12 1/4″ x 7 1/2″ x 5 1/5. Clear Dial Glass / Nice Bright Dial Light. Plays Well – See Video. Original Back Cover -tear at center bottom. Cabinet is nice with some blemishes in the wood. Tiny piece chip next to tuning knob / hard to see. Has Short External Wire Antenna in Back for Better Reception. 2 Holes on the left Side of radio Appears as though. They were for Headphones – it is not connected. See Photos and Video for More Description. Those of you interested in Transistor Radios. I will now be listing around 200 Vintage Transistor Radios. Starting in 2026 I will be listing over 300 Vintage and Antique Radios from a Collection. Radios from the 20′s 30′s 40′s 50′s 60′s 70′s some 80′s. I would say most are from 50′s 60′s. Conditions include Parts or Repair, Fair, Good, Excellent, and even Superb to Mint Condition. Some are Rare to Extremely Rare. It will take some time to list them all as I try to. Test each one of them to give a more accurate description. I still have over 300 radios to list.

This vintage FADA 845 Cloud radio is a great find for collectors. Made in the United States, it features a nice vintage display radio. The description is accurate and the pictures are clear. This was my grandfather’s radio. I cleaned the interior, replaced the light bulbs and replaced the power chord (since power chords deteriorate over time and could be a safety issue). We are the owners of this rare find. THIS VINTAGE FADA 845 CLOUD IS A VERY NICE DISPLAY RADIO LOOKS VERY NICE BUT IS NOT PERFECT IT IS OLD SOME FADING OF CASE AND LIGHT SCRATCHES COULD BE PRESENT SEE PICTURES ASK QUESTIONS PLEASE.. BOTTOM HAS SOME MARKS SEE PICTURES PLEASE!!! AFTER A LITTLE WARMING UP WHEN TURNED ON SOUND CAME ON I PICKED UP A FEW CHANNELS CAN TELL OLDER SPEAKER BUT WAS VERY COOL TO LISTEN TO. TWO SHORT WIRES HANGING OUT OF CASE BACK AT BOTTOM I THINK WAS FOR A ANTENNA, I WOULD THINK IT SHOULD BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND CHECKED OUT!!! CASE DISPLAYS VERY NICE!!! PLENTY OF PICTURES INCLUDED..

This RCA Radiola is in nice cosmetic condition for it’s age. The wooden case has some scuffs, scratches and nicks, but overall I’d say it’s been well cared for over the past 100 years. It currently has all tubes installed. The dials move smoothly, except the “STATION SELECTOR I” control. The knob turns, but the dial doesn’t move. We’ve made no attempt to test the radio. With over 1,000 items in our inventory and new items added daily, you’re sure to find what you need! WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE SALE: You will only receive what is shown in the photographs. PLEASE READ FURTHER DOWN ABOUT THIS COOL LOOKING RADIO. The Model Number on this Stunning Looking Radio is RBMU-175 & it was produced around the 1947 era. This was a popular radio when it was introduced in the1940′s. This is still a fairly popular & desirable radio by today’s standards. I have taken many pictures so you may get a good view at this WONDERFUL Looking Radio & it Plays. THIS VINTAGE WONDERFUL LOOKING SONORA RADIO JUST LOOKS OUTSTANDING TO SAY THE LEAST & IT PLAYS NICELY. The cabinet on this Beauty is made of. Plastic that has that has been cleaned & polished which still Produces a Super Nice sheen or shine & that shine just looks Great:> There are no cracks in the cabinet & it is Very NICE & SPECTACULAR looking (NOT PERFECT) as there are a couple of imperfections on the finish! The 2-Plastic control knob are in good Condition. The chassis is in good condition & it is a All American 5-tube unit with 2-controls & all controls have been lubricated & are in good working condition. The 2-controls are ON/OFF/VOLUME & TUNING. The tube line up is One-35W4, One-50B5, One-12BA6, One-12BE6 & One-12AT6. The chassis has had all new electrolytic capacitor/filters installed & All wax/paper capacitors were replaced & a Nice New Electric Cord was installed. This SONORA Radio has been restored to good working condition. Sized of this Fabulous GEM is 10-3/4″ Long, 6-1/2″ Wide/Deep & 7-1/4 High. This is a vintage radio & must be handled & cared for & treated in this manor & not like a modern day boombox. Tube radio technology “unlike modern day solid state radios” can have interference/noise in the sound quality, caused by kitchen appliances, computer monitors, flat screen TV’S, florescent lights, washing machines, high power wires above your home, etc… So where you position/place this radio in your home can make a huge difference & the direction/position it is set in. A lot of tube radios are “Directional” meaning you ” MAY ” have to turn the radio one way or the other to receive the best reception. Tube radio usually take 30 to 45 seconds after they have been turned/powered ON before they will start playing as the tubes have to warm up. I package very well for a safe arrival.
