The tubes take a few seconds to warm up, but it Works well. The clock works and keeps time. These are tough to find with the cases in good condition, as they were prone to cracking. Vintage Emerson DW-330B Bakelite Tube Radio – 1941 Art Deco – PARTS / REPAIR / RESTORATION. The DW-330B is part of Emerson’s “American Five” family, produced between 1939 and 1942; this example dates to 1941. It uses the classic five-tube superheterodyne (“All American Five” / AA5) circuit. The power cord has been cut and the radio is UNTESTED; it does not power on as-is and will need servicing before use. The chassis appears relatively unmolested (original and not previously hacked), and the pasteboard dial face is damaged. THE CABINET is the highlight: no cracks, no chips, and no detracting scratches, with good original luster – a great candidate for restoration or as a parts donor. The chassis is in good condition & it is a 5-tube unit with 4-controls & all controls have been lubricated & are in good working condition. The 4-controls are1-TONE 2-ON/OFF/VOLUME, 3-TUNING & 4th-BAND SWITCH. The tube line up is One-6B5, One-76, Two-6D6 & One-80. The electric cord is in great condition that can be safely plugged in. The chassis is in good condition that had all the controls lubricated & All Tube Pins & Sockets were cleaned. The Electric Cord is in Great condition. THIS RADIO IS “STILL” OPERATING ON ALL OF IT’S “ORIGINAL” ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS/PARTS! This CROSLEY Radio has been serviced & is in working condition. Vintage 1947 Bendix Tube Radio Model 636A Superheteroyne Working in good condition, but I cut the cord off as the cord was full of dry rot and bare wires and would not sell that way. I tested it by alligator clipping new plug wires as shown in picture. New owner will need to replace it as I do not work on them. I just wanted to see if it was working as also shown in short video. This vintage FADA 845 Cloud radio is a great find for collectors. Made in the United States, it features a nice vintage display radio. The description is accurate and the pictures are clear. This was my grandfather’s radio. I cleaned the interior, replaced the light bulbs and replaced the power chord (since power chords deteriorate over time and could be a safety issue). We are the owners of this rare find.
