Vintage Philco Model 20 Cathedral Radio 1930′s. The radio needs an antenna. The channel comes in low until you put your finger on the metal clip for the antenna. No humming or popping when going threw the dial. This may have been restored recently. Though I didn’t go in and check caps or have done any restoration. My need to be check out and serviced by a professional or. That knows more about this model of radio. Looks Great giving its age. Please see pictures 4 & 7. They will be marked to indicate where they go. The one vacuum tube (one of the 71a’s) has a piece of glass rattling around inside the tube. It is a piece of insulator that chipped off inside and does not affect the tubes function. Also, It’s missing the back panel. Not sure if these radios came with one. The plug appears to be original. Normally there would be a paper cover for the contacts but is missing now. Please mouse over the pictures and determine condition. If you have any questions please ask. All sales are final.
