Tems can be classified as. “New” – New and unopened (item may have shelf wear). “Opened box” – Contents are new in an opened box (may have been removed). “Mint” – Used item but everything looks new. “Excellent” – Used item in mostly unused condition. “Great” – Prior use obvious but the prior owner took great care. “Good” – Typical use from the prior owner. “Fair” – Heavy use with excessive wear.
