For you today is a beautiful little Philco antique tube radio. This is their popular model 7T made in the year 1938/39. The radio is 12″ long x 8″ tall x 6 deep. The cabinet has been recently refinished and there is a new AC power cord, new grill cloth, new dial lamp, new filter and paper capacitors, and all 5 tubes tested on a tube tester. The speaker is excellent and sounds clear and strong. There are 6 push buttons that can be individually adjusted from the rear of the radio by adjusting the trimmers for each button. The knobs, bezel, and the call letters bracket have been polished and resealed. The glass dial cover is excellent and the dial face has some minor scratches on it. There is an antenna pigtail at the rear of the radio that you will need to attach 12-14 feet of wire to in order for the radio to receive and play as it should. The radio plays and sounds very good with no issues. These models were made without back covers. Thank you for looking today! Note: The last push button MUST be pushed in in order for you to use the tuning knob to surf the dial for local stations.
