The sound is nice, warm sound. The radio came from Germany and has a European style plug, but there is also an adapter which I use to plug into sockets we use here in the U. Note in the last photo : one of the piano style keys popped off recently. Radio still works and I have the key, as you can see in the last photo. Get some static when tuning from one station to the next. I listen to a classical music station in my area and the sound is very nice.
