This is a nice, working, Allied Knight radio from c. The chassis is stamped 46A, indicating the model and schematic, serial 2514. The cabinet is stamped SC #108K. The electric tuning eye tube (6E5) was bad, so it has also been replaced and works properly now. Tuners and pots have been cleaned. Speaker is the original Jensen Series R. All 3 bands work. The glass dial is in excellent condition. All knobs work, the face is scraped badly on the two center knobs. The wood is in unrestored condition with scratches here and there. The black highlight painted detail is mostly worn off. The wood is restorable, I chose to leave it the way I found it save for cleaning. 1938 Knight Radio information.
