Vintage Philco 48-1256 Tube Radio & Turn Table 78 record player. Radio turns on and speaker makes noise but I couldn’t get a station. Possibly needs an antenna. Turn Table seems to function as it should. I don’t have any 78s but it played a 45. Sounded like the Chipmunks but I guess that makes sense.
