This is a working radio ready to play, display and enjoy the clock and timer are in good working order and the sound is clear and crisp with no hum. As with all my radios it is electrically sound – the tubes are strong and all of the original capacitors have been replaced and the cord now has a polarized plug. It plays very well. It features a stylized Bakelite cabinet with contrasting white knobs; the decals are still in place on the bottom; the grill is Bakelite; The dial cover is clear; the brass escutcheon for the clock looks great with its red trim; the working clock and timer are a run on a Telechron movement which has been fully lubricated; the tuning control works.
