It was part of an ENORMOUS radio collection. The radio does power on when plugged in and turned on and the small power-on indicator light above the On/Off/Volume dial works. I was able to hear static up and down the dial. It was not hooked up to an externa antenna. The white Bakelite cabinet looks awesome in the sunshine! The cabinet is nice and solid I did not see any cracks, chips, etc. There are some minor imperfections like you might expect on a piece from this era. The tuning dial works well and the on/off/volume switch functions as it should. I believe that this is 100% original. As you can see from the pictures, the chassis looks clean but the radio has been in storage for many years so I’m sure that it could use a good/thorough cleaning. I do not have the proper equipment to test this piece any further. Please be sure to preview all of the pictures so that you can determine the condition for yourself.
