There is some handwriting throughout the item in pencil marking different things and connectors. The unit powers on and some of the tubes light up but it is otherwise untested. Original cover is included but with no screws to reattach. The knobs are very dirty and will need replaced or scrubbed clean but we cannot guarantee they will come clean. The unit is dusty and dirty and will require a cleaning.
