Vintage 1933 RCA Victor Model 110 Cathedral Radio that has been partially restored and is in working condition. Once the tubes warm up, the radio is able to receive stations easily, but best reception is when a longer wire is affixed to the short antenna wire that extends from the rear of the radio. There is some howl – background noise when the radio is initially turned on, but once a wire is added to the antenna, the howl disappears and the volume is very good. The finish on the radio is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax. The RCA dial bezel is missing, as is the emblem that would be above the left side knob. The grill cloth is in good condition, with some minor fraying on the lower right side. The cloth power cord appears to be a period appropriate replacement and is in excellent condition. Great radio to add to your collection. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.
