This collectible vintage Sparton tube radio model 6-26 is a piece of history that you can add to your collection. Made in the United States between 1946-48, it is a classic example of tube radio technology from the mid-20th century. The post World War II wood I’m guessing mahogany? Radio features both broadcast and short wave bands, and all the original components are intact including the four wood dial buttons on the front. Lovely late Art Deco style with the curved side. Measuring 19 1/2 inches wide, 9 inches tall and 8 inches deep. This radio is a great addition to your collection of vintage radios or as a decorative piece in your living space. This piece has not been plugged in or tested for safety reasons, but all components appear to be intact. The button and dials are still functional to move along the frequencies. The wiring is frayed and insulation has worn off in key areas. Please review all photos for condition, the top has a ring from something being placed on it, and the grill fabric appears to be original, and aside from discoloration is intact.
