TWO SCREWS OPEN THE BASE. JUST PUT A NEW DRIVER IN AND YOU SHOULD BE IN BUSINESS. THE ONLY FEATURE THAT WILL BE MISSING WILL BE THE VOLUME CONTROL THAT HOOKS DIRECTLY INTO THE DICTOGRAND DRIVER.
