For sale is a beautiful, highly collectible Atwater Kent Model E3 magnetic cone speaker from approximately 1928. This classic piece of early radio history features the iconic round, floral-patterned metal grille with the original central gold “Atwater Kent” emblem. Internal Cone: The internal paper cone is completely intact, which is incredibly rare for a speaker of this vintage. Cosmetics: The exterior housing and floral metal grille are in great cosmetic shape for their age, displaying beautiful vintage character and finish. The front grille fabric is clean and well-preserved. This heavy cast-metal speaker stands roughly 13 inches tall and is the perfect period-correct companion for an Atwater Kent Model 40, 42, or other late 1920s tube radio receivers.
