Cetron 572B T160L Ham Radio Vintage Amplifier Tubes (nice pair from 1970)

These tubes were removed from a Heathkit amplifier we parted out some time ago, and we’re just now getting around to listing the tubes. Both tubes have identical date codes of 7016, which I assume indicates production during the 16th week of 1970. They’ve been tested on out TV-7 using the settings for an 811 tube. The minimum for an 811 is listed as 36. These tested at61 and 51, with plate current measurements at 6.7 and 5.6mA. Yes, I realize that the “best” way to test tubes is in an amplifier. However, at the time of listing, we don’t have a working amp that uses 572B tubes. TESTING: The tube(s) in this sale have been tested on a vintage TV-7/D tube tester, which has been overhauled and calibrated by Dan Nelson. Dan Nelson is the guru of TV-7 testers, so you can rest assured that you’re getting dependable test results. Please note that no tube testers are identical and my test results will likely differ slightly from yours. I will not declare a lower value for any reason. (12AX7, 12AY7, 6SN7, 6DJ8, etc). (6V6, 6L6, 6550, EL34, etc). (5Y3, 5U4, GZ34, etc). (6146, 811A, 3-500Z, etc). Other Tubes and Accessories. (eye tubes, Nixie tubes, CRTs, sockets, etc).
