LUXOR PREMIAR VINTAGE RADIO made Sweden wood case. 21″ long x 13 7/8″ high 10 deep. Overall very clean, good condition with some areas in need of attention. Wood loose in back as shown Piece is included. I did not try and glue it back because I knew the back would have to come off again. The groove that back fits into is a tight fit and would probably be better repaired after the interior repairs are done. The original electric cord was damaged and I have replaced with older brown cord to match. The wire is wire nutted and will need to have a permanent repair. There again I figured back is going to have to come off again and if this goes to Europe may need a different cord. The string that moves the chanel selector slide is broke and the clip that holds one of the fuses is broke. I put an alligator clip on (see pics) in order to make the connection and turn it on. It appears the tube are all good although some appear dim. I don’t know if that’s normal or not? I was able to get powered up and get some static but not able to get a good connection. Video with sound included. I don’t see much on line to indicate value but it appears this radio is fairly rare. I do not have mechanical knowledge so I can’t speak as to any issues along these lines. I putting this up expecting you collectors will know far more than I do and what it takes to get her going with sound. I will do my best to answer any questions.
