Suitcase model tube tester. The screws are in a small plastic jar. The front is loose. I plugged in and it lights up. No further testing done. From radio estate , so I do not know the history on it. Has just a few pages of instructions. Case is about 14 x 13 inches. Actually appears in good shape, but screws being out concerns me.
