Vintage Philco Model 625 Tombstone Radio that is in good working condition. Radio is able to receive stations quite readily with an antenna wire attached to the rear hook up. There is some static and background noise, but nothing out of the ordinary. The knobs all turn smoothly and properly and the dial indicator functions properly as well. The knob that moves the dial indicator is not original. The finish on the radio is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax. There is an old repair to the veneer on the front right edge of the radio that was done with appears to colored putty and blends in very well. The top of the radio has also separated from the front a bit and will need to be reglued, but it does not effect the integrity of the radio. The grill cloth is in good condition, with no rips or holes, but it does have some staining. The original cloth power cord is in good condition with no fraying, but it is a bit stiff in spots.
