German tube radio from 1953. This splendid tube radio was restored. Tubes were checked and defective replpaced. All critical capacitors, resistors and elkos were replaced. Lights for the scale were replaced. All moving parts were reoiled. The radio was cleaned inside and out. The case was polished, technically checked etc. Grundig 4040W tube radio model from 1953. Good Condition for his age. The varnish and vaneer isn´t the best anymore, but ok. The 6 tubes and the original speakers are in perfect working condition. The magic eye is original EM34. It is visible, but low working. Voltage regulator works from 110 to 240V. It´s ready to plug in. It is possible to connect external players like mp3 and other. It is cleaned and polished.
