For sale is very rare RCA Radiola 24 Portable Heterodyne made in 1925 with a suitcase style case. Only 7079 were manufactured. It has a rotating antenna, a built-in loud speaker with batteries inside. The outside finish is very shiny – the wood in excellent condition. All knobs are present. Case is made of black cowhide. Case is in very good condition – the handle is intact. This radio has been stored for 20 years – I assume that it needs new batteries. Just a note: The back and front of the case are in the same condition – see photos of one of the sides. I reached the limit of photos and was unable to show the other side of the case.
