Here it is, from my privet collection 1956/57. Art Deco Oceanic Surcouf Tube Radio. Stunning French Mid-century design. If you ever wanted to own the Oceanic Surcouf look no farther. I had it for over 15 years in my collection and Im really sad to let it go. The Oceanic was professionally restored and it works well. / Art Deco fusion design style. Black with Mahogany shades and turquoise/gold snakeskin. Effect with a high gloss finis. Beautiful turquoise front, Ivory. Speaker grill and all original glass dial. The glass dial has very small imperfections but overall its excellent for being original. Behind the turquoise front panel are 4 light bulbs giving it very nice glow when radio is on. And the green eye indicator makes it all extra special. Is very clean in great condition. The radio operates using 6 tubes EF85, ECH 81, EBF80, EF80, EL84 and the green eye tube. The green eye tube is super bright and it works excellent. The radio has 3 bands PO, GO, OC, (LW, MW and SW please take a look at the scale photo). Radio works very well. On all 3 bands (I live in mountains where reception is difficult and I receive many stations loud and clear on all bands). Measures about 18.7 x 12.2 x 9.1 inch. Radio weights about (16 pounds) before packing!! Operates voltage 110; 125; 145; 220; 245 Volt. I have many years of experience packing radios. I Accept Papal Payments Only Please!!
