Vintage zenith tube radio l727, Good Working Condition, Clock Radio, Am Fm Alarm

This is a Vintage zenith model L727 clock radio. This vintage clock radio is in good working condition, there are some minor aesthetic issues. There is a crack on the top of the case that is not loose, there is a small chip in the front bottom and there is some paint on the cord. The clock keeps time and the alarm functions work. This clock measures 13 1/2 inches long 8 inches tall 7 inches deep and the cord is over 60 inches long with US 2 prongs. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see more photos. This Tempo transceiver is in fair cosmetic condition. The case is dirty and has some scuffs/scratches. Inside, even the chassis is a little dirty. All controls turn smoothly. Please note that the screws holding the chassis to the cabinet are not original. This one will make a great candidate for restoration or an excellent parts unit in the worse-case! After nearly eight years in business, we’ve made the decision to no longer test vintage equipment that’s been sitting idle for long periods of time. German tube radio, build 1957/58. The radio has been restored. Tubes have been checked and defective replaced. Critical capacitors, defective elkos and resistors were replaced, also all engine capacitors. New bulbs, new magic eye, new power cord and plug. The chassis had been cleaned, all individual parts were cleaned, the wooden cabinet was cleaned and polished, all mechanical parts were cleaned and reoiled, all contacts were refreshed, technically checked, etc. The engine and fine tuning Automatic works perfectly! SABA Meersburg Automatic 8 tube radio model from 1957/58. It has a fantastic tube sound, very clear, warm and powerful. The 10 tubes and the original speakers are in perfect working condition. The magic eye EM34 is middle-good working. Tubes: EC92, EC92, ECH81, EF89, EM34, EBF89, EABC80, EF86, EL84, ECL80. Voltage regulator works from. It´s ready to plug in. It is possible to connect external players like mp3 and other. Original varnish (not revarnished). Certainly it has some signs of use and history. There are some little scratches here and there, but a few bigger on the top. The automatic works perfectly. The fine-tuning works perfectly, the radio set the station automatically. Principle: Superhet general, ZF/IF 460/10700 kHz. Wave Range: Long wave, medium wave, short wave and FM. Dimension: 650 x 415 x 300 mm / 25.6 x 16.3 x 11.8 inch. Net weight: 17.4 kg / 38 lb 5.2 oz.
