The model is a 15HF1 and was made in the USA. This is a unit that was originally in an Admiral Console. The radio is used and does have some wear from previous use and old age. I was not able to fully test the radio, but when I plug it in, it seems that all the tubes light up and glow. The radio is very clean including the chrome.
