METAL BODY with bakelite knobs. Condition: The body has no dent or dings. Scratches and scuffs only. The radio sits nice and flat with no wobble. The back cover is missing. The cord should be replaced. It is missing 1 tube so it hasnt been tested. These radios are highly collectable and are getting harder to find online. It will be protected well and insured. Item: RARE VTG “ALL-STAR” Shortwave DC Superheterodyne RCA Licensed for Radio Amateur Experimental & Broadcast Reception LARGE WOODEN TABLETOP TUBE RADIO. Case is in amazing shape for its age, 2 noteable scratches on left side of the case and some very minor scratches on the top of the case (see photos). The tuner knob moves smoothly through the whole range, the on/off knob clicks nicely and moves smoothly. The band selector and other knob also feel good.

Scuffs and signs of age only. It will need an internal cleaning if wanted. There are spots for two tubes which are no longer on the radio. The top strap is still good as well as both lock latches. 6″ tall x 4″ wide. These radios are highly collectable and are getting harder to find online. It will be protected well and insured. You are purchasing a rare Crosley Tube Radio model 519. The radio is in good condition and has been professionally painted. The radio also has been serviced with new cord and powers up and picks up local channels. I tested the radio today 1-3-2024 and it worked fine. I do not run my radios. This radio has been in my personal collection and has been displayed. The radio cabinet displays. Nicely with the new blue paint and clear coat. The radio dates to circa 1940.

Very early portable “boom box”. The original back cover is still with the radio. All original knobs are still there and not missing. No cracks or chips. The grill is in good shape with no dings. The cord should be replace as it has one worn spot. The radio has not been plugged in/tested due to this. The radio sits nice and flat with no wobble. The top handle is still nice and strong. Couple small signs of age on top chrome pieces. The insides are clean as seen in pictures. These radios are highly collectable and are getting harder to find online. This is a Vintage Madison tube clock radio. I could only find one other of these to hit the market in the pass 5 years. It is all original and free of chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. It is missing three of the little clock knobs. (easy enough to find) Needs a good cleaning. This is a very good candidate for a total restore. Vintage 1930s Philco Tube Radio Model 630 Shouldered Tombstone Design. PARTS/REPAIR, UNTESTED, ASSUME NOT WORKING!! Two small Philco labels found inside are pretty roached, dry, brittle, breaking apart. Lower three knobs snug and turn fine, station knob turns smoothly and station disc advances nicely. HTF Model, research shows only about 14,000 were ever made of the 630 model. Radio has tubes and cords, but is untested and presumed not working. Dusty, dirty, especially inside; also missing most all of it’s wood stain finish, all as shown. Feel free to reach out if you need more pictures or have questions. RARE VINTAGE RADIO LAMP BY RADIO LAMP COMPANY OF AMERICA USA CHICAGO IL – WORKS. This radio looks to have had a older restoration at some point. Please view all pics for condition. Shows wear from being used and from storage. Surfaces have some scuffs, and scratches. The light, and radio both turn on as they should. I couldn’t get any stations with the radio, but that could’ve just been interference. The shade bracket does have a slight bend to it. A hard radio to find!
