It was part of an ENORMOUS radio collection. When I plugged the clock radio in, the clock worked fine. The radio did not play no static, hum, etc. My guess is that one of the tubes needs to be replaced or that there is some other minor TLC needed. I did not check/test any of the tubes. The molded plastic cabinet is nice and solid. There is one small crack on the upper right side of the radio (see the close-up picture). There are some other minor imperfections like you might expect on a piece from this era. It is also missing the 2 small plastic knobs that control the switches. I believe that this is 100% original. As you can see from the pictures, the chassis looks clean but the clock radio has been in storage for many years so I’m sure that it could use a good/thorough cleaning. I do not have the proper equipment to test this piece any further. Please be sure to preview all of the pictures so that you can determine the condition for yourself.
