A rare Vintage 1950s? STC Valve Radio Model A5240S. Made in Australia by Standard Telephone & Cables Pty Ltd. I haven’t attempted to start it up as I’m not an expert in this field & didn’t want to cause any damage. The timber /wood casing is overall in good condition, however there is a mark on one side. With my amateur research skills, I couldn’t find any information on this particular model but the last pic is of a similar one. Approx 38cmL x 26cmH x 19cmD. I take great care with my packaging and, where realistically possible, I use the double-boxing method or styrofoam boxes & beads. A great display piece or your next project.
