The company Trophy manufactured this unique novelty baseball radio in 1941. Many are not in good shape because of the fragile cardboard-like material that made the baseball. The radio is in remarkable, original condition. It is very clean and still has vibrant color. No pieces are missing and there are no cracks or chips in the knobs or base. It will turn on and make noise when plugged in, but does not seem to be picking up any stations. See photos for cosmetic condition. Approximately 8 inches in diameter and 10 inches tall on base. The item will be packed very well so that it will arrive in the condition described. This radio is worth a “bat” – you may never get a chance to “swing” at a ball this nice again!
