You are looking at a beautiful and super rare Vintage antique 1942 Philco wood body tube radio, model: 42-350. This radio is complete, is in excellent clean condition, with normal use minor wear. This radio was tested, it turns on and makes the normal buzzy sound, but I wasn’t able to catch a station. All the images are actual photos.

1947 Learadio Model 6615. This vintage 1947 Learadio is physically beautiful. Unfortunately it is currently non-operational. The power cable is cracking due to deterioration of the plastic so no testing was done. Additionally the back panel has broken off as shown in the images.

This was removed and the cabinets which were moldy and deteriorating were tossed. So I don’t know the exact model or brand. Some of the electronic part/s may continue for another 50 years without need of replacement and some electronic part/s may fail a few days after you start using the item. See title and pics for description. Plugged it in and it hums and sounds like it is close to tuning in a station. Not restored, this is an original survivor. Knob moves the needles on the dial. Dial appears to be in very good condition.

Wants to get stations, got one Spanish station but with ocean like sounds that don’t go away. The radio tuning knob seems like it goes the wrong way and have to push in the button for it to move. Don’t know what happened to the knobs they are damaged but they push in but wont turn the stations or dial. The top has a small indentation in the wood and one side on the top edge has some veneer damage. The Left bottom side edge has damage to the wood. A little damage to the plastic cover in the front at the top R. The bottom has the model number but cant 2 of the number out very good. Some scattered scratches on the wood case. Inside looks pretty clean. Looked on Worth point and couldn’t find this radio that had the push buttons. The size of the radio is 12 3/4 high by 12.5 wide.
