This item is from before the war, but it is unknown what grade level it is from. There is a hole, possibly where a switch was located. The speaker part has a unique design and is considered rare. Due to its age, there are scratches, dirt, and chips.

Condition: Fair – visible age wear, dust, untested, missing one component seen in photos, original dials and hardware intact. Features large front panel with multiple analog tuning dials and selector switches. Includes vacuum tube, loose coupler coil, and original tuning capacitors visible in internal photos. A top of the line Blaupunkt. Five speakers and three bands. Speakers are a 7×10 woofer, two 5×7 midrange and two electrostatic tweeters. Appears that someone has replaced the on off switch to the front of unit – unsure why?? Could be it no longer worked in the panel of buttons. Tone controls are hi-fi, solo, sonor, bass and treble. Speaker cloth and back are excellent. Cabinet is in very nice condition with a couple of nicks and some minor varnish loss that is hard to see. Cabinet size is a very large 24″W x 15″H x 10D. The cabinet is then treated with a series of thin high gloss clear coat lacquer applications. The action of wet sanding is applied between each clear coat. A final hand-glazing is applied, ensuring for a beautiful mirror like luster and shine. We strive to bring these cabinets back to life, the way we feel they should have or could have looked. By using modern day custom stain blends and toner color options that ceased to exist in the past, enables us to brighten and highlight the wood grains like never before.
