Vintage Westinghouse Model Columaire Skyscraper Clock Radio – WR-8, that is in working condition. The radio receives stations quite readily, but the tuning knob will not turn the dial as the string has broken. The minute hand on the clock works, but the hour hand on the clock does not function properly, as it is loose and does not appear to be original. The clock face opens up and when closed, it does not cover some of the unfinished wood from the clock face. The condition of the body is good considering its age. The finish is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax. There is a bit of veneer damage on the bottom of the radio that appears to have been patched up at one time and there are some cracks in the veneer as well. Despite these defects, the appearance of the radio is very good. There is a back to the radio, which i will add to the photos. The radio stands 55″ tall, 13″ wide, and 11 1/4 deep. Great looking art deco radio that will be a fine addition to your collection. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.
