Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage General Electric clock / radio. Still retains the original labels on the underside (see photos). Our eyesight isn’t the greatest, but it looks like the Model # C-481. 12.75″ wide x 6.25″ tall x 6 deep. Condition: Given it’s age, we’d say it’s in very good cosmetic condition – no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. There are a few mild scratches / scuff marks here and there, but nothing in our opinion that overly interferes with the display or functionality of the item. While mostly very clean, it could probably use a once over in that department; we didn’t attempt to clean it in any manner – it’s in the condition in which it was acquired. When plugged in for an extended period of time, the clock was noted to work, and it ran silently. The volume control knob also works as it should. The electric wiring is original to the unit, and it is in good condition – no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. As with all vintage electronics, one should probably have it checked by a licensed professional prior to long-term use.
