All the tubes are untested. Comes with tester, paperwork, leads, flashlight. Looks like they guy that used it at one point just closed it up and never opened it again. Any questions just ask.

Radio is in all original unrestoted condition. It has some normal cabniet wear. It does power on, but I was unable to pick-up any stations, but it does have static and it clicks into each band. I took good pictures so you can see the overall condition.

Case is a bit scratched up, but overall radio looks pretty good. Measurements are often in the pictures.
