Up for sale here we have a Vintage Star-Lite Tube Radio Receiver Model FM-520. The radio sounds VERY good. Overall condition is pretty good, looks very nice after being oiled. It could use a little restoration if desired, but it is a good working radio and sounds amazing. The speaker plug in the back moves slightly, a few small chips of wood on the corners, and a stain on the top. Other than that we took some photos and this is a cool set up. Once this radio warms up it sounds great. You have to make sure the speaker wires are plugged in properly, but this radio does play like a dream. The detachable speakers are cool. The cloth around the speakers is in pretty good condition. We haven’t replaced anything or modified anything. We know all knobs work and the radio plays well. We haven’t cleaned the inside of the radio, but the exterior is clean. We had plans to refinish the wood, but never got around to it. With the speakers attached the radio measures 23″wide x 9.75″high x 7deep. The radio without the speakers measures 15.75″x9.75″x7. This is a pretty cool and RARE tube radio that is perfect for the Mid Century Modern Decor. Please view all photos for a better view at contents and condition.
