Vtg Rare Silvertone Plastic Tube Table Clock Radio Model 3027 1953-55 Works Red. Sear Roebuck & Co. Rarest color of the series. Minor paint loss on the gold filigree. Part of the L & T are missing from the logo. 3 scratches on the clock face. Not the original knobs, but I think the marbled ones are much nicer. Both the radio & clock work. I always post plenty of pictures to help buyers use their own judgement on the condition of the item. Please make sure you will be happy with the item. I obtained about 80 tube radios from an estate sale. I will be listing these over the next few weeks so please see my other listings. This listing is for a RARE Silvertone. METAL BODY with bakelite knobs. Condition: The body has no dent or dings. Scratches and scuffs only. The radio sits nice and flat with no wobble. The back cover is missing. The cord should be replaced. It is missing 1 tube so it hasnt been tested. These radios are highly collectable and are getting harder to find online. It will be protected well and insured. This is a Vintage Silvertone Wire Recorder / Record player. It has a metal case and comes with the Mic, Cords, and has been tested. When plugged in, the turntable spins and it hums. It has a little surface rust on the outside but overall is in good condition. It measures 18 x 10 x 8 and it 34 lbs.

Vintage Sears SILVERTONE tube radio. Model 4566 – Wood Cabinet. Radio Is Very good Used. Radio Powers on- Makes Buzzing Hum- Static Sounds. Tuning Dial Is disconnected/ knob does not turn dial. The front eye light does not light up. You can see the tubes in back- they do light up. Has 4 orig knobs- no melts or breaks. Wood cabinet is very good- has few small chips- dings- dents- scratches. Missing the back covers. Measures about 17″ w x 11″ h x9 deep. Has dust inside / tubes. Power cord has frey breaks – old tape repair. Has internal speaker- grill cloth is good- no tears. Radio powers up, but I could detect a capacitor odor and shut the unit down immediately, so it will need some work to get it functioning. Chassis is very clean with no evidence of rust or corrosion. All of the knobs turn smoothly and properly and the dial indicator works properly as well. The cloth power cord is in poor condition, taped in spots and will need to be replaced. The finish on the radio is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax and presents quite well, but the top is showing wear, as well as a small veneer chip on the left side (see photos). The grill cloth is in excellent condition. Also included is an original instruction sheet for this model. With a little bit of restoration work, this radio will be a fine addition to your collection. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.
