It was part of a HUGE radio collection. This radio was built in West Germany and it appears to be in very nice condition. When I plugged it in, it did not power on. My guess is that one of the tubes is bad. As you can see from the pictures, the radio looks pretty clean inside and out but I’m sure that it could use a good/thorough cleaning as it had been in storage for years. The cabinet is nice and solid and the original finish looks very nice. There are the usual scrapes and imperfections that you would expect on a piece from this era. The dials seem to be working as they should be and the pushbuttons all seem to work. I do not have the proper equipment to test this piece, or the tubes, any further.
