Vintage Hallicrafters S-107 Tube Shortwave AM CW SW Radio Ham Receiver Multiband

This receiver is for parts or repair only. I plugged the radio in and it powers on. Some of the tubes in the chassis glow when powered on, a couple do not. I could only get static to come through the speaker but I did not have an antenna hooked up to the radio. The radio is in Good to Average cosmetic condition. Appears complete and original including Hallicrafters tubes. The radio has all of its toggle switches and knobs present and intact on the radio. (1 large knob has a light chip or defect on edge). All of the knobs and switch work as they should. Cord was repaired many years ago and has electrical tape. The radio does show the normal signs of use with minor surface scratches and scuffs (please see pictures). The radio measures approx. 13 1/4 long by 6 1/2 tall by 8 1/4 deep. Weight 15 lb 4 oz. Vintage Lafayette KT-320 Communications Receiver Vacuum Tube Shortwave Ham Radio. Excellent used cosmetic condition! This radio was slowly powered on using a Variac. Radio does power on, the tubes lit and all of the dial lights came on. That is all of the testing we did. Like all of the vintage radios we sell we opened up the cabinet and took pictures to show the components and wiring. Due to the age of this radio we can not offer any guarantees on this radio. Zenith Long Distance Wave Magnet Tube Radio Vintage Shortwave. Circa Mid 1940′s. Previously owned by a radio enthusiast! These are the kind you hope you can find because they have been well cared for, no sitting in the attic or damp garage collecting dust! The previous owner had a myriad of vintage radios; some to restore and some to pull parts. This no doubt was a gem to start with though. My knowledge of shortwave radios is equal to zero. Cosmetically the case is in beautiful condition showing minor signs of wear. Chassis is super clean / no corrosion noted. Of note: I was unable to find on / off so when you plug radio in it comes on after warming up. Also plastic cover over dial has pulled away on both corners but is not loose. There is a piece of cardboard. And my last observation is that the electrical chord appears to be newer. See photos for a more detailed look. YES WE WILL BUNDLE TOO! Check out this excellent vintage 1946-47 Zenith Trans-Oceanic shortwave tube radio, model 8G005. Estate found; Great cosmetic condition considering its age! This radio is in Good condition. I powered on the radio and it powers on fine. All of the tube glow when plugged in. The radio is in Good cosmetic condition.
