Exterior is in good condition overall, there are two small cracks on the top plate, see photos. Light turns on but no sound comes out when turned on.

See title and pics for description. Plugged it in and I was able to get a few stations in. Has a small stress line by the handle and another on the back (both pictured). Has a tiny nick on the front (pictured). Overall extremely nice condition for a radio from 1941. Even still lights up. Has radio stations for California listed on it.

Beautiful 1940s era Remler Scottie tube radio model 5510 in excellent looking and working condition. Plays well with no hum and picks up many stations. Tuner moves easily across the dial & light works too. No damage to its Ivory Bakelite/Plaskon/Plastic case. Original backing board has 3 pins. Cord is still pliable but a bit stiff. About 10 x 6.5 x 6. Radio will be double boxed for safe transport. Recently Fed Ex and the other carriers have dramatically increased costs when factoring even a small amount of dimensional weight (size of the box).
