1942 Philco 42-340 Dual Band Tube Radio. This is a SWEET radio! It is in beautiful condition, and all original. Is beautiful, has no major scratches or peeling, the only sign of wear on the wood is. A small bit under the well used tuner knob. The front plate has no wear, all of the lines. Letters and number and gold trim is perfect! The fabric in the front is free from. Stains, tears and rips. All knobs move freely, the cord is original, but is. Quite brittle and has some breaks in the fabric. We have not plugged this radio. In, so it is untested. This is from “Radio Museum”. German tube radio from 1961/62. Amazing & Powerfull Sound!! This splendid tube radio was restored. Tubes were checked and defective replpaced. All defective capacitors, resistors and elkos were replaced. Lights for the scale were replaced. All moving parts were reoiled. The radio was cleaned inside and out. The case was polished, technically checked etc. NORDMENDE Othello-Stereo Z320 tube radio model from 1961/62. Very good condition for his age. The varnish is polished, glossy and well. The 9 tubes and the original speakers are in perfect working condition. ECC85, ECH81, EF85, EABC80, EM84, ECC83, ECC83, EL84, EL84. The magic eye is very well working. Voltage regulator works from 110 to 240V. It´s ready to plug in. It is possible to connect external players like mp3 and other. It is cleaned and polished. Please have a look at the photos, it looks really great! Rotateable and switchable antenna. Stereo audio amplifier with stereo radio and stereo balance. Two amps per 5.5 Watt. Vintage old wood antique table top tube radio EMERSON DX-356 A real Gem

Here is one Emerson’s premier table radio’s built in 1941. This is the DX-356 model and is 16.25 long x 10.75″ tall x 10″ deep. As you can see the radio features the very unique speaker grill covers and has a large dial face. There is a really neat small box in the dial face located center and at the bottom that displays the band you have selected. In addition, it has a huge 8 speaker which sounds wonderful. In fact I wanted to make this a point. This is by far the best sounding vintage tube sound I have heard from a table model tube radio. The cabinet has been refinished, very solid, and I always leave a few bumps and bruises the radio has picked up along the way. The radio comes with a built in “loop” antenna which receives very well across the dial. There is a new dial cover, new dial lamp, new dial cord, new AC power cord, and new filter/audio capacitors. The remaining components such as the tubes, resistors, and so were also tested and replaced if needed. The knobs have been polished and sealed. The back cover is missing which was probably lost many years ago. As you can see from the photo of the bottom there is a metal label indicating that this cabinet was designed for Emerson by Ingraham which does add to the collectability of this wonderful radio. Plays great and looks very nice. Excellent clarity and projection. A must for the collector or that favorite place in the home or office. Just finished and ready for its new home is a beautiful 1938 Philco tube radio model 38-12. The radio is 11.5″ long x 8″ tall x 6 deep. The cabinet is stunning in display and features the very nice wrap around grill for the speaker. The bezel and knobs have been polished and resealed. There is a new AC power cord, new dial lamp, new grill cloth, and new filter and audio capacitors. The glass dial cover is excellent as is the speaker which sounds strong and clear. The remaining tubes and electrical components were tested and replaced if needed. You will need to attach a few feet of wire to the antenna pigtail at the rear of the radio to ensure good reception and proper performance from the radio. The radio plays and sounds wonderful with no issues. Thank you for stopping by today!
