You are purchasing a mid-century modern Zenith “Racetrack” Tube Radio. This beautiful and classic radio has been fully restored and runs nicely picking up local channels. The deep brown cabinet is free of any cracks or chips and displays great. The radio model H511. Although the radio runs and has also an installed aux. Input selector to play from your favorite device via Bluetooth I do not run radios in my collection. I did test the radio and it runs picking up local channels. A new power cord and plug was installed when the radio was restored. The radio retains manufacturing stickers and the label by the person that the restored this radio.

You are purchasing a vintage Zenith Tube Radio. This model H511 is one of the more collectible Zenith radios often referred to as. Not often seen in the original cream color the cabinet has no cracks and only a few flea bites. The cabinet is bakelite. And the creme color finish is in very attractive. The radio powers up when plugged in but I was only able to get one channel. Please view the photos provided with this listing.

Zenith Model 5-S-319 Table Radio (1939). The 5-S-319 (5S319) is one of Zenith’s “race-track dial” compact table radios introduced in the summer of 1938 for the 1939 model year. It features all-wave coverage plus Transcontinental Automatic Tip-Touch push-button tuning, a Zenith innovation new to the 1939 model year. This Zenith 5-S-319 “Racetrack Dial” was introduced in the summer of 1938 for the 1939 model year. This model, and the model 5-R-317 “World’s Fair” glass Rod radio, are two of the most unique and desirable Zenith radios among collectors. It has a five-tube chassis that performs much like a radio with a higher tube count due to Zenith’s superior engineering. The dial lamp works fine. The knobs, pointer, and push buttons are all original The walnut case is also in nice un-restored original condition. These sets are incredibly difficult to refinish as you almost always destroy the faux zebra stripe on the top and right front of the case. There are a few nicks and minor scratches, but for an 80 year old radio, I would say it’s in good original condition. A very compact table radio at 13″W x 9″H x 8D. The radio plugs in and starts up with a hum. Knobs and buttons seem to work fine. Needs work and restoration.

Here we have a vintage Zenith Consol Tone tube radio. Chasis 5H01 Radio works fine with no back ground hum. The tuner is working fine. I see no cracks to case. There is a scratch or two but I checked them and they are not cracks. Nice rare 50′s color. A few small paint chips.
