This looks like some kind of project I would’ve made back in the 70s – but I would’ve used integrated circuits and transistors. More than likely it’s a homemade radio/amplifier from the 40s or 50s. Interesting Russian and US parts. Considering taking this apart for components. I’ve got my old soldering iron somewhere. It also looks like some tubes are missing. This chassis is extremely heavy and quite large. The tubes will be pulled out, and wrapped separately in solid boxes within the larger box. UPS ground only lower 48. No APO, no PO Box.
