Here is a great 1940s Vintage Philco Tube Radio / Turntable, with Wooden Case, Model 46-1203 – will list as non-functioning, but it worked inconsistently for us. We did nothing to make repairs or diagnose. We will not accept a return. Superhet with RF-stage; ZF/IF 455 kHz; 2 AF stage(s). Power type and voltage. Alternating Current supply (AC) / 115 Volt. Permanent Magnet Dynamic (PDyn) Loudspeaker (moving coil). Philco, Philadelphia Stg. Tablemodel, Box – most often with Lid (NOT slant panel). Condition Notes: Wear and scuffs on surfaces. Varnish flaking off in spots. One crack in wooden “grille” face. Tested the radio – it did NOT work. Turntable turns, arm doesn’t stay in place – but we did nothing to diagnose or repair. Vintage 1941 Philco Tube Radio. Powerful Sound / Loud and Clear. Fills a Large Room with a Nice Sound. This Radio Picks up More Stations than what I thought. I had around here – See Video. The Philco model 42-345 features BC and two SW ranges: 2.3…6.5 MHz and 9…15 MHz. Very Clean Inside and Out. There is a video on Youtube that shows how to. Program / Set Push Buttons. Fills the Room with Music! Super Bright Dial Light. Case is very nice. Has some very slight scratches and one that is deeper (pointed out in photo). Still an Impressive looking and working Radio. Measures 19 1/2″ x 15 1/2″ x 10 1/2. I will be listing over 300 Vintage and Antique Radios from a Collection. Radios from the 20′s 30′s 40′s 50′s 60′s 70′s some 80′s. Vintage Philco Transistone Tube Radio. Not Sure of the Model Number. May be a 42-PT94 with an alternate Grill?? Very Nice Looking Radio. Wood Cabinet is Nice with very little Blemishes -See Photos. Has a couple of light marks/scuffs. Speaker Grill is Nice. The Dial Face has some scratches – See Photo. See Photos for Cosmetic Condition. Picks up Many Stations Across the Dial. The radio powered up, but I was unable to pull in stations in my rural location. The station selector knob is non operational. Therefore, I have no history on the radio, nor do I have expertise repairing radios. Please view the photos carefully for the condition.

This awesome vintage Philco tube radio worked for a minute, and then it flipped my breaker! I was unable to complete the test but it did turn on just just a moment. It is in generally good cosmetic condition for its age, with some general age-related wear and a broken leather handle.
