Nice color to it. The inside board needs cleaned and probably tubes and a couple pieces of the case inside were broke off already when I opened it up, but nothing serious and could be glued back as it looked like they were once before. The plug has always been broke so I never tested it. So a fix of the wire and some new tubes and I bet it’ll turn right on. For more pictures or any questions just message thank you.

Vintage -Philco Radio, Model 511 -Coffin, Tube Radio, -For Parts or Repair – #2. Cord was in good shape. I did lug it in, and the station indicator light came on. After letting it warm up, nothing happened. About 24″ x 11″ x 8. If the title doesn’t describe it right, please see the Item pictures. Everything that comes with this is shown in pictures. Here is a great 1940s Vintage Philco Tube Radio / Turntable, with Wooden Case, Model 46-1203 – will list as non-functioning, but it worked inconsistently for us. We did nothing to make repairs or diagnose. We will not accept a return. Superhet with RF-stage; ZF/IF 455 kHz; 2 AF stage(s). Power type and voltage. Alternating Current supply (AC) / 115 Volt. Permanent Magnet Dynamic (PDyn) Loudspeaker (moving coil). Philco, Philadelphia Stg. Tablemodel, Box – most often with Lid (NOT slant panel). Condition Notes: Wear and scuffs on surfaces. Varnish flaking off in spots. One crack in wooden “grille” face. Tested the radio – it did NOT work. Turntable turns, arm doesn’t stay in place – but we did nothing to diagnose or repair.
