M57 Chamber Music Schatulle. German tube radio from 1955/57. This splendid tube radio was restored and revised. It has any new Tubes, which were replaced. The Magic Eye is new! Lights for the scale, critical capacitors, defective resistors and defective elkos were replaced. All moving parts were reoiled. Drive cord for UKW was replaced. The radio was cleaned inside and out. The case was polished, etc. Siemens Giant M57 Schatulle tube radio model from 1955/57. The 11 tubes and the original speakers are in perfect working condition. Voltage regulator works from 110 to 240V. It´s ready to plug in. It is possible to connect external players like mp3 and other. It is cleaned and polished. The facade of this radio sports speaker grille bars like the strings of a fine violin. The top stradivarius violin cutouts give the radios sound the effect of a fine violin. The radios condition is very nice. This radio still retains its bottom tag , (metal ingraham tag). The radios 70+ year old tube type electronics is unrestored and had only a hum in the sound.
