Vintage Rca Victor Tulip Grill Catalin Bakelite Green Marble Tube Radio 9×1 Nice

This radio is in Good condition. I plugged the radio in and it powers on fine. I could only get static to come through the speaker but I live in a remote area and do not know if that is why I could not get a station to come in. The light on the radio works as it should. The radio is in Good cosmetic condition. The radio case is made out of Catalin Bakelite. There are no chips or repairs in the case. There appears to be a thin hairline on the top of the case (please see picture). This appears to be the only flaw in the radio. The tuning knob works as it should. The original paper work is still attached to the inside of the radio. The model of the radio is 9X1. The radio is a green marbleized color. The radio measures approx. 7 wide by 4 3/4 tall by 4 1/4 deep. The radio will be double boxed and fully insured. I took a lot of pictures to show you what you are receiving. RARE Vintage 1940s Addison Tube Radio Marble Plaskon Catalin Battery. Gorgeous vintage tube radio by Addison. This appears to be a harder to find battery model. Case is in nice shape – a few faint hairlines (see photos), back panel is missing, and there is some damage to the upper corner of the dial cover, original knobs, no chips that I can see. There are no chips or cracks. Although all of the tubes are present, we have not had it powered up due to the condition of the cord as you can see. The dial window is just dirty and needs a clean, again no chips or cracks. The radio is complete as far as we know. It measures 9 1/4″ x 5″ x 5 3/4. Please take a close look at the pictures to be the final judge of condition. You will get exactly what is shown in the pictures. Please ask questions if you are unsure about a detail. Direct from a local estate is this vintage 1940′s forest green marble bakelite 526C Bendix tube radio. Measures: 11 wide x 7 tall x 6 deep. I works well but does hum and there’s a crack in the case on the left front side (pictured) it’s hard to notice. Otherwise the bakelite has very light surface scratches from age but very minor. VINTAGE 1946 CATALIN RADIO DeWALD STEP TOP A502 MARBLE BROWN TUBE BAKELITE

Vintage 1946 catalin radio dewald step top a502 marble brown tube bakelite. Vintage dewald a502 catalin radio in marbleized brown with a caramel color grill. Good condition – this radio was serviced and rebuilt at some time in it’s life – it did work but now only two tubes light up (one does not). I do not know what interior parts might have been replaced, it looks a bit dusty in there. There are two cracks to the cabinet, one on each side of the top of the grill, these have been repaired and lightly painted over, blends in fairly well. The grill has one rub mark. The rest of the cabinet is in very good condition with smooth top and sides, just a touch of light marks from use. A remainder of the original label is on the bottom. Knobs are both in very good condition, no damages. The inside parts are not seated inside the radio, they slide out easily. Click to see larger photo.
