This is an old Heathkit model HW-101 Ham radio receiver/transmitter with HP-23-A power supply. I did plug it in and it powers up (tube light up), but beyond that it is untested.. I have no idea how to use or test these old things. I did notice the wafer on the bottom of one of the caps on the power supply is cracked (see pic), but it still worked.
