Item is in as found condition. Radio is from the Estate of a 40 year technician. This item was on his bench and was the next item that was going to be repaired or worked on. I do not believe this is a working unit, due to the fact that it was discovered on his bench and was hooked up to his testing equipment. We have not attempted to power up this unit and to preserve the condition of potentially delicate equipment, we will leave that to the experts.
