This lot and 3 more that I will be putting were recently acquired from the old Golden Star Radio Station at 850 Clay St in San Francisco China town here in California. They aired the first Chinese new hour on KBRG (105.3fm) Golden Star was the first Chinese speaking radio station in North America. Great history behind these items. The last picture is the signs from the radio stations. This amplifier is marked with sticker on the front: Mike 1, Mike 2, Phono, Ampex, San Francisco to Los Angels, KBLA. I did plug it in but I saw no power. It could be a easy fix but, I’m not nob and tube savvy. Please check out the pictures for more detail and description just in case I forgot or missed something.
