Removing from old storage we found lot of early tube. Rare Tube Pair from RT France. Very Solid Base Structure. Perhaps there are some factory burn seen on top.. All received as a group at same time. Here it is, from my privet collection 1956/57. Art Deco Oceanic Surcouf Tube Radio. Stunning French Mid-century design. If you ever wanted to own the Oceanic Surcouf look no farther. I had it for over 15 years in my collection and Im really sad to let it go. The Oceanic was professionally restored and it works well. / Art Deco fusion design style. Black with Mahogany shades and turquoise/gold snakeskin. Effect with a high gloss finis. Beautiful turquoise front, Ivory. Speaker grill and all original glass dial. The glass dial has very small imperfections but overall its excellent for being original. Behind the turquoise front panel are 4 light bulbs giving it very nice glow when radio is on. And the green eye indicator makes it all extra special. Is very clean in great condition. The radio operates using 6 tubes EF85, ECH 81, EBF80, EF80, EL84 and the green eye tube. The green eye tube is super bright and it works excellent. The radio has 3 bands PO, GO, OC, (LW, MW and SW please take a look at the scale photo). Radio works very well. On all 3 bands (I live in mountains where reception is difficult and I receive many stations loud and clear on all bands). Measures about 18.7 x 12.2 x 9.1 inch. Radio weights about (16 pounds) before packing!! Operates voltage 110; 125; 145; 220; 245 Volt. I have many years of experience packing radios. I Accept Papal Payments Only Please!! Here it is, from my privet collection. Rare Beautiful French Art Deco Tube Radio. I really dont know the brand name of the radio, I know its French and Looking at the front glass dial you can read the name Ondina? The radio was restored few years ago and just sits on the shelf. Here is all I know about this set. Is in great condition, beautiful Walnut top with very few and very small imperfections. Very Art Deco design in my opinion. The chromed metal cabinet grill is in great condition, it has one small blemish (look at the photo close-up) The knobs are made of bakelite/plastic. The combination of the chromed grill, Bakelite knobs, glass dial and wood make the radio look stunningly elegant. It has very interesting style and its in great shape, the dial pointer is very unusual v shaped so it appears on the left side or the right side of the dial. The dial light has 5 light bulbs that makes the dial look really beautiful when the radio is on. Is clean in great condition. The radio operates using 6 tubes 6A8,6K7,6Q7,6F6, 5Z4and the green eye tube. The green eye tube is super bright and it works excellent. The radio has 3 bands PO, GO, OC, (I think is LW, MW and SW please take a look at the scale photo). Radio works very well. On all 3 bands (I live in mountains where reception is difficult and I receive many stations loud and clear on all bands). Measures about 21 x 10.5 x 11.5 inch. Heavy radio about 12 kg (26 pounds) before packing!! Operates voltage 110-240 vac. I have many years of experience packing radios. I Accept Papal Payments Only Please!!
